Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill - Fake Home Warranty Expiration Notice Scam

Scammer said Home Warranty was going to lapse if not already. big letters on thin paper stating 2024 FINAL NOTICE. Had bank info, customer ID and expiration date on letter. I called bank and when they did not answer, I checked online if the phone number included in the letter was legitimate. It was not. I shredded the letter and did not take any action.

I bought a Wireless LED Light Therapy Mask on October 21st for $225.55. The product doesn’t work properly, it doesn’t hold charge and needs to be recharge after every use. I tried to make it work, but it is really inconvenient the charging situation. The company website offer 60 Days return policy, but does not the truth, they refuse to refund or replace the item. They laugh at 1 year warranty that comes with the mask. They are asking me to pay shipping both ways to have the item check and decided whether is a defective or not. Costumer services is useless and a joke, they transfer you two or three time to pretend and everybody said the same exact words. No consumer protection, be aware of giving your money to this company.

Ordered flowers online for a funeral. Flowers were never delivered. Contacted company and they stated they had to cancel order and that they would credit back the funds to the card. Never happened.

Online Purchase - Track My Keto Diet

Purchased bottles of product at 'buy 3, get 2 free'. Was charged for 5 bottles. This was indicated as a one-time purchase. The next month was again charged for 5 bottles and received 5 bottles. Immediately canceled my 'membership/subscription.' Have now been charged $14.95 for the past 2 months, even though I have gone to the website numerous times and canceled my subscription, getting no reply or acknowledgement. Attempts to contact at the phone number listed on the website also yielded no answer/response. I have had to cancel my debit card and deal with all the associated headaches. While I am certain I will never see my wasted money again, I would like to keep others from losing theirs.
